I chose to use Nebula as the title, because that is what came to mind.
It is actually an image that started out as photo of a plant I noticed while out for a walk.
It closely resembles a dandelion and is probably from that family. I've tentatively identified it as Jack go to bed at noon or its other tag Common goats beard.
Found chiefly in North America and England.
Nebula is defined as a cloud of gas and dust and can be luminous when seen in the night sky.
I think that when viewing the intricate patterns that nature provides, it is just as easy to look and marvel at the simple as it is to be amazed at the infinite.
Will make a great poster for a child's room or wall art in any room.
My body of work ranges from photographic digital art to the more traditional use of a camera photographing scenes of landscapes and everyday life. My photography has its roots going back to my experiences with infrared film. It was there that I saw how an image could be manipulated to something much more different than what was first seen. I still compose some photos from the infrared spectrum only now I use a camera converted to IR. When digital came along it was an easy move to software and all the possibilities that were and are now possible with their use. Still the initial composition in camera is paramount and once the shutter is closed and image transferred to computer, I can turn my imagination loose and enhance or create...
