Description
The carousel in the amusement park is a must do for young and old. It makes the young feel a bit older and the older feel a bit younger. For the most part carousels have slowly disappeared from the amusement landscape but here in City Park located in New Orleans Louisiana they have lovingly restored and made this antique carousel the centerpiece for the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park. The ride features 54 hand carved animals some stationary and others that rise up and down as it goes around.
