Description
Husavik Iceland is as serene and peaceful as this piece suggests. Tourists come and go, mostly out to see whales for which the area is well known for.
To be sure there are other sights to see like the old wooden church and colorful homes that dot the streets of the 2100 or so inhabitants.
The harbor offers scenes of all kinds of ships and boats. Not far from the water is a museum dedicated to whales and whaling.
