Description
People seeking vantage points to watch the light show that sunrise and sunset provides over this majestic place! The rock formations and minerals deposited within this geologic wonder makes for a dazzling display.
According to Indian lore and as related by one "Indian Dick" the canyon was home to the "Legend People" who as the story goes did something bad and Coyote turned them all into rocks. Some standing in rows, some sitting down, some holding onto others. You can see their faces with paint on them as they were before they became rocks".
The canyon itself, really a series of weather formed amphitheaters is named after Mormon Pioneer Ebenezer Bryce.
More of my work from Bryce or Zion National Parks can be viewed in my collections here in FAA.
